COOs of FWO Subsidiaries Visit LAFCO – 26 June 2025

On 26 June 2025, the Chief Operating Officers (COOs) of Frontier Works Organization (FWO) subsidiaries undertook a landmark visit to the Lahore-Sheikhupura-Faisalabad Dual Carriageway BOT Project. The event was further dignified by the presence of Directors from HQ FWO. This visit, the first of its kind, had as its primary objective the promotion of collaboration and knowledge sharing among delegates. During the visit, attendees not only met and exchanged experiences but also gained detailed insights into the workings of LAFCO and its Project Management Team (PMT). 

The LAFCO team prepared extensively for the occasion. Delegates were warmly received by senior staff and a comprehensive briefing held in the conference room. The briefing covered the project's history, operational structure and financial model of the Lahore-Sheikhupura-Faisalabad Dual Carriageway BOT Project. Following the briefing, participants were taken for a visit of LSF Project, where they observed key aspects of road operations and a detailed presentation given by the PMT Incharge. He highlighted the functioning of Toll Plazas and the Tolling Systems installed on the Project. 
The event concluded with a lunch, leaving all participants with enriched knowledge of LAFCO's functions.
